In 2 Samuel 24, God himself incites David to take a census, but then as the story is retold in 1 Chronicles 21, it's Satan who incites David. What do we make of this? It points to major confusion, but I argue, in fact, that God and Satan are two aspects of the same Being being expressed as the Forces ACCOIYO and BATANY. Or rather, the mystery of God requires us to hold it forever in suspension, the fact that we never fully know sometimes if Satan and God are the same or not the same, since supposedly light overrules darkness, and that Satan is subsumed under God, making BATANY secondary, in a sense, a way for God to create free will since BATANY is not of God, and God takes all the risks of an evil world being expressed to the fullest reaches of BATANY just to make us have this free will. 1.
