Plane ticket, rhodiola and lion’s mane. Iron ferritin and ++reverse T3 test. Take selenium with food. Finish estradiol cycle and rest for a while.
Got my tasks in order 5:07PM. Bought Lion’s Mane. Cortical inefficiency as a fucking long-term sequelae of antipsychotic withdrawal. Functionally, when I’m “high” on dopamine and armoda after no sleep, I’m creative and on top of the world, and I can come up with analogies on the fly. That means my underperformance on usual days is just a functional and not a structural damage. I am capable of it, just haphazardly and I have to really squeeze my brain’s dopamine and norepinephrine. I heard Lion’s Mane is able to do that. Oh wait, it’s Rhodiola:
## **3. Low-dose Rhodiola (100–150 mg)**
Not a stimulant — instead:
- increases ATP
- increases norepinephrine in PFC
- boosts dopamine firing stability
- improves mental stamina
## **1. Lion’s Mane (hericenones + erinacines extract)**
Use **1 gram/day** of a dual-extract.
Why:
- Increases nerve growth factor (NGF)
- Upregulates muscarinic receptor density
- Restores parasympathetic tone
- Supports myelination, which you likely need
Hypothyroid:
- **Reverse T3 (rT3)**: High rT3 can indicate “T3 resistance” at tissue level.
- **Free T3 / Reverse T3 ratio**: Gives more insight than FT3/FT4 alone.
Meaning as consensus = persuasion as agreement between more than one person.
Abby = father’s joy
Nicole = victory of the people / Saint Nicholas / Christmas / “simply because it’s my [mom’s] favorite name”
Guadalope = river/valley of the wolves / werewolf werewolf werewolf / Our Lady of Guadalupe title of Mary
Yee = joy, happy / surplus remainder
Bruh. Overlapping triangle and werewolf werewolf werewolf spooking me out. Was that an angel?

Planned to research titles like Guanzon’s Hurricane Wars that listed on the NY Times list, but I concluded it’s just visibility and publisher budget. The only way I think a no-name writer from SEA could land that is through some nepotism. Basically, an agent, which is the most important thing. An agent the publishers trust and have proven they can nudge a competent book into a bestseller. Because not all competent books become bestsellers. It takes marketing and visibility.
