Biblical Forgiveness: (mrsjgarwood)
A decision to...
Release the offender from the guilt of his sin.
Refuse to bring up the offense to use against him.
Refuse to think about the offense.
Refuse to talk to others about the offense.
Be reconciled to the offender (if possible).
It is:
Costly
Undeserved
Total
Final
Does not condone sin
An apology is not required to be able to forgive.
Have compassion on the other person as a fellow sinner needing God’s grace.
Our motivation should be God’s glory
It helps to control your anger, root out bitterness, and make you ready to forgive if you remember that God has allowed this to happen for his purpose and your ultimate good.
“By forgiving, we do become like Christ to others. By bearing in our bodies the weight of unjust accusation, undeserved pain, and unretaliated harm, we are the Holy Spirit’s message of Jesus to others. By the practice of forgiveness we have the privilege of being a living witness to the One we most love, and who has loved us eternally and sacrificially.” -Bryan Chapell
### Intentions:
To continually remember God’s forgiveness of my sins.

### Happenings:
Woke up at 9AM with a really sore body. Must be from more strenuous HIIT exercises yesterday. I couldn’t do the Superwoman Sunday exercise 1.

I bought beer at the Centrio grocery because maybe I subconsciously want to be Prof. Audrey. I don’t normally like beer but it’s fruit flavored so it’s kind of okay. Also, I went to Healthy Options and wanted to buy everything they had. Seriously. If I’m going to be healthy then I might as well get all these Omega 3 caps, vitamins I probably lack, Stress aids, etc. All I got was a Thayers toner because I have back acne and scars.

Focus. On the right things.
### Grateful For:
Being able to afford grocery at Centrio. Also, shopping for stuff really has a therapeutic effect. Maybe I just miss being outside. Also, the Quescream + wheat bread combo = *chef’s kiss*
