Fragments
My preoccupation with lucid dreaming must have influenced the moments before I actually went to sleep, or became fully unconscious, because I remember being sensitive to slight movements or noises coming from the TV or my parents talking, and while I was in the middle of this not-fully-asleep-yet-not-fully-awake stage, I'd recognized—but couldn't control or direct—the lucid dream. It was a kitchen scene that was being set, and there were candelabras—not one, but at least two—that were unlit. I was supposed to get the matches. I woke up in between the TV noises and my parents but eventually succumbed to sleep. I woke up at 4:21 to pee, and I remember being in CAL—I think this has something to do with me opening People tabs on Facebook and Twitter—and I had been aware in the dream that there was an assembly or a meeting of the profs where they'd discuss something really important. I vaguely remember Prof. Pison saying something about an assembly, but that was a few months ago, so I'm not really sure. I was pretty sure it was my paranoia or that it was actually a real think tank meeting or some group chat online where the profs would plan out their strategies. Anyway, I don't recall anything in particular but the stairs [must be my pajamas].
