I looked at the empty entries page and for a split second I wondered if it was a glitch, that there were no entries. But really, I hadn't written anything for 2016…yet. Until now. So this is my first entry for 2016 and I feel that very familiar thing that creeps up on me every single time I'm to go back to UP again for another gruelling semester. I've only had 3 semesters. But they feel like ages. When am I ever going to graduate? And most importantly, will I ever graduate with honors? Earlier today I woke up to an empty master bedroom because my mom's vacation was officially over today and she had to go to work early and didn't wake me up. I woke up at 11:30ish in the morning and remembered that I had torrented the Sherlock Christmas special. I then remember watching some bits of Hairspray, the one with Zac Efron in it. And then I think I watched the Sherlock episode at least twice.
I don't remember if I did this before or after the Sherlock movie, but I googled the heck out of the internet for pictures and gifs of Benedict Cumberbatch being his usual dapper, sexy self. And before someone laughs at me for using those words to describe someone who I somehow am very attracted to, I would like to point out that I think that indeed, Benedict C. might just be the hottest man I've ever seen in my life. Too bad he's married, and with a kid, and he's twice my age. And the obvious fact that he's an A-list actor and I'm a nobody in a third world country.
Oh yeah, I also ate these cheese lumpia wrapper-wrapped things made with condensed milk and I thought they were plain in the morning but strangely gobbled one up selfishly in the evening during dinner time. Also, I'll just mention that our rooms here have a really weird smell because of the pipes.
And I just wanted to write out all these details because I just really was irritated at my past self for not documenting those few sane weeks at home during break. Where I get to relax myself surrounded by the best things in life. I can't believe I didn't write about everything. I have now just finished downloading Star Trek 1 because I wanted to watch Star Trek 2 because B. C. is the villain, and I bet he's really sexy in that one too.
Also, I'm 140 pages in this really unassuming book which I think is a bestseller but I've ignored it in my ebook library for too long. I think it's going to be good, because I think it's un-put-downable. Well, it's fascinating. Even though I'm not an architect. I think I've finished two books in this break so far. Also, I already have 69 followers on my studyblr.
