1. Do anything but vaginal and anal and oral before engagement. Why? Make sure you can please each other through any other means but vaginal or anal penetration or oral. That way, once you're engaged, you'll have a milestone as well as a new avenue for pleasure but instead they'd just be one of many ways you've ideally mastered by then, even if you're not so blessed or endowed or skilled at riding/thrusting/oral and if it turns out one of you (or both) is infertile. This is to protect anyone in the relationship from being used for their ultimate Oneness gift--penis-in-vagina/anus/mouth friction that can lead to babies or injuries or ultimate vulnerability (tasting someone's junk) without a direction of ultimate Oneness. If you've tried everything but vaginal or anal penetration or oral, you're bound to be motivated to pursue that experiential gap whether you are a man or a woman. Engagement would naturally lead to blood-pumping, pulse-throbbing warmth of the inside of a vagina or penis or mouth. Everything else, even if you've enjoyed them, would actually pale in comparison unless the man proposes permanence. This is only fair. 2. If you're aiming for foreplay before engagement without orgasm, I don't know how that isn't going to make you incredibly frustrated. Your best ideal that isn't always realistic is knowing from the get-go whether you would possibly want to be engaged to this person without any problems (my ACCO system would solve this if everybody got access to everybody's thoughts and past) and hence you would be comfortable giving them orgasms through other ways before you're engaged. It's a gamble and it's up to you ultimately, to be prepared to be intwined intimately as you trust your God-informed judgment (ideally with ACCO). 3. Well, pregnancy can only be achieved by penis-in-vagina. God thinks it's idolatry if it's not Their will for you to get pregnant but you deliberately use the Main Method by which to get pregnant and you make it okay with a condom. You are essentially playing with fire if you have other types of sex before marriage but it varies for each couple and their self-control abilities. It's not good for people to remain sexuality-free in a long-term relationship even if they are not married.
